2. Your Rights

2.1 You have the right to request information about the data stored with us concerning you at any time according to Art. 15 GDPR. Additionally, you are entitled to information about the further details listed in Art. 15 GDPR.

2.6 Additionally, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. All third-party service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements; they are not authorized to process your personal data for purposes other than those specified by us.
The transfer of personal data as presented in this data protection declaration may include the transfer of personal data to other countries whose data protection laws are not as comprehensive as those of the European Union or the European Economic Area. 5. Cookies

Furthermore, when using our website, cookies may be stored on your computer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you use and through which certain information flows to the body that sets the cookie (in this case, us). Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They serve to make the internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.

5.1 Use of Cookies:

This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:

a) Transient cookies (see b)
b) Persistent cookies (see c).

Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include session cookies. They store a so-called session ID, which can be used to assign various requests from your browser to the common session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.

Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified duration, which can differ depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.

You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences and refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. We would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.

We use cookies to identify you for subsequent visits if you have an account with us. Otherwise, you would have to log in again for each visit.

The Flash cookies used are not captured by your browser but by your Flash plugin. We also use HTML5 storage objects that are stored on your end device. These objects store the necessary data independently of the browser you use and have no automatic expiration date. If you do not want Flash cookies to be processed, you must install a suitable add-on, such as "Better Privacy" for Mozilla Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/) or the Adobe Flash Killer cookie for Google Chrome. You can prevent the use of HTML5 storage objects by setting your browser to private mode. We also recommend regularly manually deleting your cookies and browsing history.

6. Tools for Website Analytics and Marketing

We use various tools for website analytics and marketing purposes. In this context, data about your use of our website is collected and processed.

a. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is generally transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated within the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for website operators, and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google's collection and use of data (cookies and IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". As a result, IP addresses are processed in truncated form, making it impossible to link them to a specific person. If the data collected about you contains any personal reference, it will be immediately excluded, and the personal data will be promptly deleted.

We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained allow us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases where personal data is transferred to the United States, Google is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

The legal basis for using Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

For more information about the terms of use and data protection, please visit https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/ or https://policies.google.com/?hl=en.

b. Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
We use the offer of Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google AdWords) on external websites. In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. We are interested in showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you, and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.

These advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called "ad servers". For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as the insertion of ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google AdWords stores a cookie on your PC. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. For this cookie, the unique cookie ID, the number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), the last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wants to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values.

These cookies enable Google to recognize your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an AdWords customer's website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across AdWords customers' websites. We do not collect and process any personal data in the mentioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. Based on these evaluations, we can identify which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising materials; in particular, we cannot identify the users based on this information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: Through the integration of AdWords Conversion, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider will obtain and store your IP address.

You can prevent participation in this tracking procedure in various ways:
- by setting your browser software accordingly; in particular, suppressing third-party cookies will result in you not receiving any third-party ads;
- by deactivating cookies for conversion tracking, by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com", https://www.google.de/settings/ads, whereby this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies;
- by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the "About Ads" self-regulation campaign via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies;
- by permanent deactivation in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.

The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Further information about data protection at Google can be found here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html.
