- How do I receive my giftcard and voucher code?
- You will receive an email with your gift certificate and voucher coce.
- Can anyone use the giftcard?
- You can gift the voucher to anyone. Friends, family, colleagues - anyone you want to make happy!
- How to I redeem my giftcard?
- The voucher code can be redeemed in the checkout process. Please use the field "Voucher code" to redeem the voucher.
- For how long is the giftcard valid?
- The giftcard is valid 12 months after the day of purchase.
- Can I use a giftcard on a treatment I've already booked?
- Unfortunately that's not possible. Once a treatment has been booked, you cannot redeem the a voucher on this booking. A cash payout is not possible too.
