Bei der Handmassage werden hauptsächlich die Finger, der Handrücken und die Handinnenflächen durch sanften Druck und verschiedene Grifftechniken gelockert. Durch das Drücken verschiedener Akupunktur- bzw. Akupressurpunkte wird die Durchblutung gefördert und Verspannungen gelöst. Dies wirkt sich nicht nur positiv auf die Hände, sondern kann ebenfalls Beschwerden im Schulter-Nacken-Bereich lindern.

During your treatment

Before the treatment our therapist will conduct a short, initial consultation to identify any physical complaints or particular wishes. Please ensure that our therapist has enough space (ideally 2x2 meters) to set up his massage table and perform the treatment. It is also advisable to lay out 2 large towels.
