Bei der Hot Stone Massage werden flache Basaltsteine erwärmt und auf dem Körper verteilt, um für Entspannung zu sorgen. Anschließend wird der Körper mit einem erwärmten Öl eingerieben und durch kreisende Bewegungen entspannt gelockert.
Zu beachten: Diese Massage ist bei hohem oder niedrigem Blutdruck und/oder entzündeten Gelenken oder Muskeln nicht empfehlenswert.
During your treatment
Before the treatment our therapist will conduct a short, initial consultation to identify any physical complaints or particular wishes. Please ensure that our therapist has enough space (ideally 2x2 meters) to set up his massage table and perform the treatment. It is also advisable to lay out 2 large towels.
