Gerade für sportliche, aktive Menschen ist die Sportmassage eine ideale Ergänzung zum regelmäßigen Training. Sie bringt die stark stimulierten Muskeln nach dem Training zur Ruhe, regt die Durchblutung an und verringert dadurch die Regenerationszeit des Körpers.
During your treatment
Before the treatment our therapist will conduct a short, initial consultation to identify any physical complaints or particular wishes. Please ensure that our therapist has enough space (ideally 2x2 meters) to set up his massage table and perform the treatment. It is also advisable to lay out 2 large towels.
