A sports massage is a complement to the traditional massage that is primarily used before and after physical activities. It is an ideal addition to regular training, especially for active individuals involved in sports. Sports massage helps to relax the muscles that have been intensely stimulated during training, stimulates blood circulation, and reduces the body's recovery time.

During your treatment

Before the treatment our therapist will conduct a short, initial consultation to identify any physical complaints or particular wishes. Please ensure that our therapist has enough space (ideally 2x2 meters) to set up his massage table and perform the treatment. It is also advisable to lay out 2 large towels.
